At first I thought this was going to be just listing off foods to eat, but including the recipes was a very creative fun way to make your website. As a student who is fixing to start living on their own it will be a great reference to look back on that will hopefully help me make some good meals!
I never researched Meth before, and your page def. gave me some good facts about how it effects you. The pictures were a great touch to it! I learned how much it is being used from the chart.
I never knew you could burn 4000 calories backpacking. My parents love doing anything active outdoors, I'm sure they'd love looking
at your page.
Getting Shredded Soldier Style
People never tend to realize how much strength and endurance our soldiers need. We know they are touch, but to imagine actually
doing all of this would be near impossible for most citizens to do. Really makes you appreciate them!
One of my biggest problems is snacking to much or skipping meals due to being busy. Your page showed me several ways to eat
healthy in a busy schedule!
