- Eating out the healthy way: This article made me realize how carefully I should pick out my food when eating out. Making little changes in how I order can make a big difference on my diet and how many calories I consume in one meal.
- Overexercising: In this article, I learned that 23% of people that regularly exercise, overexercise. I had no idea that many people suffered from this. I also learned that overexercising can be found in many people that have eating disorders.
- Soreness In Muscles: I learned that it is important to hydrate while working out to decrease sorness in the days to come. Also taking warm baths will increase blood flow that will ease muscles.
- Benefits of Flexibility: This article showed me how important flexibility is. I also learned it is not good to hold your breath while stretching. You should make sure you continue to breathe while stretching. Also, flexibility helps to protect against injury.
