Now that you’ve created your custom workouts (or individual sessions), you can begin combining them into one comprehensive workout program.

 

Step 2:

Recommend your workout to the Uark Fitness Concepts Group.

(Optional: over the next week, view the details and RANK (click on the stars) everyone’s workout to see what they’ve suggested). Make notes and suggestions if you wish).
