Creating your complete Fitness Program


Step 1:

Now that you’ve created your custom workouts (or individual sessions), you can begin combining them into one comprehensive workout program.

  • In Gyminee, click on the “workouts” tab and the click on “Create a Public Program” on the upper right-hand side.
  • Name your program “(insert your Gyminee User Name)'s Fitness Program” - for instance, “ Helena's complete Fitness Program"
  • In the program description, you must include your 3 main objectives of this program.
  • Select from the workouts you’ve created in phase 3, 4, 5.
  • Upload a picture (optional), but would make a nice touch – perhaps something that motivates you.
  • Share your workout after you’ve completed designing your fitness program. It will now be a part of the Gyminee Community – so others with similar goals may also subscribe to this workout.
  • Note!!! There must be at least ONE rest day in your program. So when you’re creating steps 3, 4, 5 – be sure you’re not including something on every day of the week. Dedicate one day for recovery.


Step 2:

Recommend your workout to the Uark Fitness Concepts Group.

  • At the bottom of the page, click on ‘Recommend a Program’ – search and select your program and recommend it.

(Optional: over the next week, view the details and RANK (click on the stars) everyone’s workout to see what they’ve suggested). Make notes and suggestions if you wish).
