How to get your Final grade?
Wow! After completing this project you will have:
- Created a personal fitness plan
- Set fitness goals,
- Learned about cardio, strength and flexbility exercises
- Tracked your physical workouts
- Try to meet a challenge
- Tracked your nutrition intake
- reflected on your own level of fitness
- Assessed your fitness level at the beginning and end of the course
- Learned a variety of fitness activities in class.
How will you get your grade now?
- 60 % is active participation in class activities (daily mark will be assigned and the average will be calculated in the end)
- Project is worth 40 %. Here is the break down:
- 10 % Tracking physical workouts for 5 weeks
- Each phase is worth 10 marks when completed and later the average is taken for a total of 20 %
- 10 % complete fitness program as comprehensive as possible according to the fitness principles
