How to get your Final grade?

 

Wow! After completing this project you will have:

  • Created a personal fitness plan
  • Set fitness goals,
  • Learned about cardio, strength and flexbility exercises
  • Tracked your physical workouts
  • Try to meet a challenge
  • Tracked your nutrition intake
  • reflected on your own level of fitness
  • Assessed your fitness level at the beginning and end of the course
  • Learned a variety of fitness activities in class.

 

How will you get your grade now?

  • 60 % is active participation in class activities (daily mark will be assigned and the average will be calculated in the end)
  • Project is worth 40 %. Here is the break down:
    • 10 % Tracking physical workouts for 5 weeks
    • Each phase is worth 10 marks when completed and later the average is taken for a total of 20 %
    • 10 % complete fitness program as comprehensive as possible according to the fitness principles
